Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

Pharmoura is a free medicine reference. This page explains what information is used when you visit the website or use the app, including by our advertising partner Google.

Information we do not collect

You do not need an account. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or health details.

Information stored on your device

This information stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Server logs

Like most websites, our server automatically records basic technical details, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use these only to keep the site secure and working.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads, which helps keep Pharmoura free.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.

Pharmoura mobile app

The Android app works offline and keeps your saved medicines, prescriptions and reminders on your phone only. It shows ads through Google AdMob. To do this, Google may use your device's advertising ID, IP address and general app usage data to show and measure ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Medical information

Everything on Pharmoura is for information only. It is not medical advice. Always confirm with a pharmacist or doctor before starting, stopping or switching a medicine.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
